4. Use of the contact and registration form
If you contact us via a form on the website or sign up for press information or our newsletter, we will store your submitted data, including the provided contact details, for processing the request and for any follow-up questions. This data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. For registrations, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure: your registration will only be completed after confirmation by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you. If confirmation is not received within 48 hours, your details will be automatically deleted from our database.
